Serve as the Senior Resource Management Lead for Air Force and Space Force military manpower and personnel programs, ensuring compliance with applicable DoW, Department of the Air Force, Air Force, Space Force, higher headquarters, and local guidance. Manage and maintain Unit Manning Documents (UMDs), organizational charts, military personnel rosters, manpower databases, and associated tracking systems to ensure accurate position accountability and organizational alignment.
