What You'll Do: Partner with business unit leadership to support day-to-day HR needs and build strong, trusted relationships Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, corrective action, and conflict resolution Counsel employees on career path and development opportunities, establish policies/procedures, and other HR related matters Collaborate with management to identify employee development opportunities Facilitate and implement employee enhancement initiatives including staff recognition, mentorship program, training initiatives, new employee onboarding, and new hire check-ins Facilitate the offboarding process including separation details and conducting exit interviews Assist and coach managers on performance reviews, ongoing performance management, and delivering clear, actionable feedback Facilitate employee relocations by collaborating with HR team, project teams, employees, and relocation vendor to ensure a seamless transition Provide day-to-day HR support to employees Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data Track applicable state and local compliance updates Ensure timely, thorough, and well-documented case management and employee records.
