The Human Resources Manager supports the Operations teams by administering core HR programs and promoting a safe, compliant workplace, with particular emphasis on warehouse safety, employee training, workers' compensation, incident follow-up, and consistent application of safety policies and practices. Partners with Operations and EH&S to reinforce warehouse safety policies, support safety training and incident investigations, monitor corrective actions, and promote safe work practices involving material-handling equipment, pedestrian traffic, and housekeeping.
