The PMO Portfolio Resource Manager leads the governance cadence for the Executive Steering Committee and plays a critical role in advising senior leadership on portfolio tradeoffs, resourcing impacts, and strategic alignment across all business areas. The role partners extensively with Executives, Directors, and PMO Team to shape the project portfolio, optimize talent deployment, and support high level decision making.
