Years of Experience: greater than 2years • Float Requirements: RT floats to all areas of the hospital Education Modules (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request): These are assigned by our staff development during onboarding and throughout the contract depending on what learning modules are due in our Learning Management System Preferred Skillset/Experience: NICU ,PICU experience so I know the candidate is comfortable and competent treating newborns and critically ill pediatric patients in the ER. Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request): RRT, BLS,ACLS ,NRP & PALS Must Have Skills/Experience: working in a nursery – being part of the resuscitation team , experience with attending high risk deliveries , working in an adult ICU , experience with treating pediatric patients in the ER , sharp assessment skills , experience with the equipment mentioned above .
