The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in building envelope, enclosure, or roofing consulting, with strong technical knowledge of building construction and enclosure systems, and a proven ability to identify and resolve constructability, integration, design, troubleshooting, durability, thermal performance, and moisture-related issues. Preferred qualifications include a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license, as well as industry certifications such as Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC), Registered Roof Observer (RRO), and Certified Infrared Thermographer (CIT).
