The Director will work closely with Clinical Leadership, Compliance, Legal, Revenue Cycle, Credentialing, Information Technology, Population Health, and Operations to ensure services are clinically appropriate, operationally efficient, compliant, financially sustainable, and capable of expansion across multiple markets. Experience with Assisted Living and Independent Living healthcare operations, Medicare and Medicare Advantage populations, professional E/M billing, provider credentialing, EHR workflows, multi-state healthcare operations, population health, value-based care, or ACO programs is highly desirable.
