Responsibilities•Coordinate daily activities of production employees•Oversee supervision, safety, product quality, and training•Manage workflow, manpower utilization, and communication•Administer company policies and procedures•Support continuous improvement and BIC (Best in Class) practices•Maintain environmental awareness•Facilitate payroll and ensure adherence to the employee handbook.
