Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Director provides leadership for infrastructure engineering, network engineering, cloud services, endpoint management, technology operations, and operational resilience functions, ensuring technology services effectively support business operations while meeting security, regulatory, and operational requirements. The Director of Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for the planning, delivery, operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Bank's infrastructure, network, cloud, endpoint, telecommunications, and technology operations capabilities.
