Responsibilities: The IDIQ Superintendent serves as the primary field leader responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of corrective maintenance, service orders, and facility improvement projects involving electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure systems. The Superintendent ensures compliance with contractual requirements, manages maintenance and repair activities, supports procurement and budgeting efforts, maintains technical records, and drives the successful delivery of IDIQ task orders from planning through project closeout.
