OVERVIEW: The District Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations, activities, and staff in assigned school districts, acting as a liaison between ESS staff members, school district administrators and the corporate office to ensure the delivery of quality services. Work in conjunction with school managers/employees, management, and the human resources department; actively participate in the applicant hiring process, new hire orientations, in-Service training sessions, recruitment efforts, and termination process.
