The Director serves as a strategic partner to plant, supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering, finance, and corporate leadership; owns the integrity and consistency of operational forecasts and KPIs; and drives accountability for performance and corrective actions across the network. This role establishes the operating-finance framework, translates operational drivers into financial outcomes, and provides forward-looking insight to improve cost competitiveness, capacity utilization, service, working capital, and capital allocation.
