Performs basic administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, answering telephones, monitoring gates and building access to plants, screening and directing visitors, maintaining databases, project files, reports, support for supplying data or documents as requested by others, assisting with setting up facility and returning facility to normal arrangements for classes, meetings, presentations, inspections, including ordering, picking up, and setting up lunch or refreshments. The duties involve plant maintenance and operational procedures, plant databases, reports, customer service, invoicing and ordering of chemicals, materials, and supplies, inventory control, data entry for new assets, and entry and completion of work orders.
