As Head of CHB Operations, Northeast, you will lead a large-scale Customs House Brokerage operation across multiple locations, ensuring safe, compliant, customer-focused, and efficient execution of customs brokerage services. Reporting to the Head of US Customs, you will oversee a team of 50-75+ colleagues through a leadership structure of managers and operational leaders while driving workforce planning, customer satisfaction, operational performance, talent development, and business growth.
