- Design and execute Corvian's annual fund campaign, setting goals in collaboration with the Executive Director and Board, and achieving optimal results from every constituent group (current parents, past parents, grandparents, alumni families, faculty/staff, and community supporters). Working closely with the Executive Director, school leadership, faculty and staff, the Board of Directors, and the Cardinal PAC, this individual will actively champion Corvian's mission in the greater Charlotte community and secure the philanthropic and community support needed to sustain and grow the school's whole-child programming and strategic initiatives.

- Production Management, Scheduling & Quality Control:
- Ensure all cabinetry processes are accurate, from initial material entry to the finished product.
- The Operations Supervisor will assist General Manager in executing the overall direction and coordination of the local business unit.

- Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours long.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of combined experience in management of a sales oriented customer service-type environment in some aspect is a must.
