This position leads the day-to-day delivery of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency response, facility operations, staffing, scheduling, and customer service activities while ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution across assigned campuses. • Maintain ownership of asset records and preventive maintenance data within customer-designated platforms, ensuring accurate documentation, maintenance compliance, equipment history tracking, and timely completion of scheduled maintenance activities.
