This role is accountable for delivering profitable, reliable, and scalable production by balancing:Business Unit P&L Ownership Own the Business Unit P&L: Revenue, COGS, and ExpensesDrive improvements in Gross Margin, Cost Per Unit, and EfficiencyIdentify and execute cost reduction opportunities across materials utilization, labor productivity and process efficiencyEvaluate tradeoffs between cost vs service level, efficiency vs flexibility, and internal vs external production (in coordination with brand owners). Manufacturing Planning OversightOwn capacity strategy to maximize asset utilization and margin contributionPartner with Planning and S&OP to Align production with demand and optimize product mix for profitabilityProduction Scheduling to maximize throughput, minimize changeover, and improve cost efficiencyAccountable for the financial impact of manufacturing decisions.
