What You Bring to the Table: Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience Must be at least 18 years old Sense of humor and an ability to effectively delegate responsibility and motivate a team Conflict resolution skills required as well as excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills Ability to work 30-40 hours per week within our operating hours, with the flexibility to work variable shifts throughout the week, starting as early as 6 am and working until as late as 12 AM Position may include walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds. You will help provide the overall leadership for the team, recognize and motivate all employees, and coach and train the team for operational excellence.
