The Team Leader will maintain a department vacation schedule, ensuring that department is properly staffed during vacation by utilizing members from other departments and controlling over-time; handles departmental member disciplinary action (1st and 2nd member reminders) and informs the Plant Manager of all disciplinary action.Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
