Key Responsibilities • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs through comprehensive history, physical examination, diagnostic interpretation, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.• Develop individualized treatment plans that include medication management, preventive services, lifestyle counseling, health promotion, immunizations, and ongoing monitoring of treatment outcomes.• Diagnose and manage common primary care conditions including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, obesity, thyroid disorders, depression, anxiety, musculoskeletal conditions, infectious diseases, and other acute and chronic illnesses within the advanced practice provider scope.•
