The Vice President of Security Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and oversight of Renewal, Inc.'s Security Department and operation, ensuring a safe and secure environment across the organization's community corrections and behavioral health residential and non-residential facilities. Key responsibilities include security operations management, staff supervision, training and development, facility safety, incident response, risk mitigation, and the consistent implementation and enforcement of security protocols across Renewal's four locations.
