Operating all facility mechanical systems, for regularly inspecting and maintaining all systems to ensure a two-day turnaround, and establishing and maintaining the facility’s inventory system of building furnishings, supplies, equipment, and materials. Operates boiler, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, fire, and security alarms, as well as other mechanical systems of the physical plant to provide normal operations of the residence.
