p/>We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing regional banking client seeking a senior operations leader to step into a high-impact, second-in-command role.
This individual will play a central role in strengthening and scaling core banking operations, with an initial focus on loan and deposit functions, while helping guide broader operational strategy as the organization continues to expand.
The Server is responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and efficient execution.
Cleanliness & Organization:
- Keep your section clean at all times (tables, floors, surrounding areas).
Line cooks are expected to work with urgency, stay organized, and operate as part of a team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
- Understands and complies with the Loss Prevention Awareness Program and is responsible for Store Loss Prevention which includes maintaining a large Customer service presence on the sales floor, Customer and Associate engagement and heightened Loss Prevention awareness.
- Responsible for security of building including entrance/exit control (Associate entry/egress, receiving door, daily trash removal, etc.), Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) devices daily function check, Cash Office security, armored carrier pick-ups and register area.
| Responsibilities Providing highly efficient and superior customer service, servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to dining guests They are responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, fulfilling requests, and other tasks to ensure the guests have the ideal dining experience Set assigned tables, including placing glasses, condiment holders, flowers, and silverware Welcome guests, present menus, and dining specials, and offer suggestions based on customer preferences Take guest orders, accurately enter tickets into system, and coordinates with kitchen staff to clarify any special requests Strive for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, the table is free from dirty dishes, etc Serve all food and beverage items per established procedures Execute cashiering responsibilities and deliver check to guests Assist in bussing tables when necessary Arrive dressed in uniform . Looking for servers who are available to work 3-5 dinner shifts a week. Hours of operation Dinner: Mon-Fri 5-11pm Occasional weekend special events Base pay $4.25 +tips Qualifications 2 Years server/bartender/manager in dining experience Possesses a commitment and eagerness to provide excellent customer service Current on sate and local alcohol server certifications as required by law.
