That can include inspecting breeding sites, sampling water sources, setting and collecting traps, applying larvicides using a backpack sprayer, UTV, or by hand, treating catch basins by truck or bicycle, supporting sentinel chicken surveillance, and adulticiding along established routes in a company vehicle. Be comfortable performing assigned duties outdoors while walking through a variety of challenging terrain, including but not limited to water, heavy vegetation, and uneven land, across residential communities, urban environments, and forested areas, with conditions affected by the weather.
