Serve as a hands-on working manager by actively diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy equipment including asphalt pavers, milling &reclaiming machines, loaders, excavators and other fleet equipment. Work cross-functionally with operations, dispatch, safety, and other teams to prioritize shop and field maintenance needs, support equipment readiness, and ensure fleet availability aligns with operational demands.
