Oversee Eatery/Steakhouse functions by reviewing the menu and service requirements; inspecting table settings for correct placement, cleanliness and attractiveness; checking-in staff, assigning workstations and pre/post shift duties and; managing the service received by the guests throughout the shift in order to guarantee the success of the Eatery/Steakhouse/Casino Bars. Supervise Eatery/Steakhouse/Beverage operations by establishing priorities, assigning, coordinating and/or monitoring the work of restaurant and beverage staff during an assigned shift, including assigning tasks, providing training, scheduling breaks and evaluating performance in order to promote smooth, efficient operations and excellent guest service.
