The successful candidate will work closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to understand existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, configure workflow solutions, support production workflows, and ensure workflows operate efficiently and consistently throughout the bank. Enterprise Workflow is a configurable workflow platform that automates business processes through task management, approvals, notifications, document generation, audit tracking, and integration with Jack Henry and third-party applications.
