This is a hands-on leadership role focused on recruiting experienced Loan Officers, developing and coaching the sales team, increasing production, expanding market share, and building stronger marketing and lead generation strategies. The Mortgage Sales & Production Manager will also have the opportunity to provide input into proprietary AI-enabled POS, CRM, and LOS systems designed to improve recruiting, sales execution, training, and production.
