The Customer Experience Associate provides friendly and knowledgeable customer service while assisting with retail merchandise, Girl Scout membership, programs and activities, and general site operations. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the DreamLab while creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for Girl Scouts, families, volunteers, staff, and community members.
