Lead and manage retail food sales across the Midwest region to ensure the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators. 2. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and profitability. 3. Manage key accounts, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver exceptional customer service. 4. Own and manage product categories, including new product launches and rollouts. 5. Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. 6. Use syndicated data to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. 7. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, promoting our products and building brand awareness. 8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies and goals. 9. Develop and implement effective sales training programs for the sales team. 10. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2.
