Promote our store: Quickly build relationships with customers and tell them about promotions, explain the selling process and ask customers to sell to us. We believe we can enhance the Quality of Life for all families in our community by providing affordable, high-quality products, in a sustainable manner.

Be knowledgeable of all promotions and advertisements to ensure that customer questions can be answered and to assist with selling product; support Ollie's Army and other donation programs throughout the year. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance.

Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department (e.g., Zebra phone, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance system, key cutter, panel saw, paint mixer, flooring cutters, compacter baler, tool rentals). Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: • Identifying and selling products based on customer needs; • Explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; • Assisting customers in locating products; • Building customer relationships; • Identifying and resolving customer issues; • Zone recovery; • Housekeeping.
