Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a construction related field Minimum 4 years construction project management experience in a healthcare, commercial, or industrial environment Experience with pre-construction experience a plus Familiarity with construction management software-Procore experience is a plus Thorough knowledge of submittals, RFI's, and project close out procedures Ability to monitor schedule developments and updates with the Project Superintendent to ensure projects are on schedule Knowledgeable of applicable OSHA safety requirements Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills Detail oriented with the ability to multi task Presentation experience Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills. Position Summary: Project Managers are responsible for all phases of a construction project(s) including; project planning, scheduling, budgeting, client development, sales, quality, delivery and implementation.
