Through departmental staff, collaborates and develops partnerships with local school districts, area schools, adult education programs, public agencies and community resources to identify typically underrepresented students; plans, develops and implements program elements including outreach, student eligibility, financial assistance, instructional and social activities; provides technical expertise and information to students, staff and administrators regarding programs and services; identifies technology and online educational initiatives to support students and faculty.
