Your Impact** + Leading and reviewing NEPA, SEPA, and/or CEQA environmental documents + Developing environmental compliance strategies and preparing documentation related to compliance with: + NEPA and SEPA + Energy Facility Siting in OR and WA (EFSC or EFSEC) + USFS Special Use Permits and forest management plans + BLM right-of-way agreements and resource management plans + Clean Water Act, Section 404/Section 401 + Land Use Planning Requirements in OR, WA, ID + Leading energy infrastructure routing and siting studies + Managing tasks or projects, including overseeing small project teams + Developing and managing scopes, schedules, budgets + Interfacing with clients, agencies, other consultants, and the public **Who You Are** **Required Qualifications** + This position requires a BS degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Landscape Architectural, or related degree + Minimum of five (5) years of post-education work experience + Experienced in developing environmental documentation related to NEPA, SEPA, CEQA, EFSC, and/or EFSEC compliance + Experienced in completing environmental permit applications and supporting analyses + Excellent written and verbal communication + Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel **Preferred Qualifications:** + AICP certified, or ability to obtain certification is a plus WSP Benefits: WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee's career. Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $74,200 - $133,500 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
