Liaise with lenders, sponsors, EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and project management teams, and participate in site meetings, technical reviews, and stakeholder discussionsAct as a trusted advisor to senior management and investment stakeholders across major mining, energy, and infrastructure developments, including mining operations, mineral processing facilities, ports and rail infrastructure, power generation/transmission assets, oil & gas facilities, and renewable energy projects. Responsibilities Lead and assess capital project controls processes, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, cost estimating and estimate assurance, cost control, forecasting, and project accounting/reportingReview and validate project budgets, cash flow forecasts, contingency usage, and change management processes to ensure alignment with approved investment objectives.
