diabetic, CHF, COPD, GI bleed, renal failure, dialysis (they have a dialysis nurse ), some overflow post surgicals, amputations, debridments, wound care, DVTs, ETOH, psych (in future may have hospice-not live yet) . 1:6 for both days and nights--make sure they can handle these ratios and note in interview notes.
