Responsible for Assessing, identifying, planning, implementing, and evaluating the processes, technology, personnel, and facility needs required to achieve patient outcomes safely in a patient centered environment. The Assistant Nurse Manager will also assume the role of Nurse Manager in her absence will assist the Nurse Manager in providing leadership and supervision to the Nursing staff.
