 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/ physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and be dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services. As a Nurse Practitioner/ PA, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, utilizing your advanced nursing skills and expertise to make a positive impact on patients' lives. FT/ PT options available 
Duties: <ul><li>Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications as necessary.</li><li>Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and other advanced practice nurses, to develop and implement patient care plans.</li><li>Perform procedures such as dialysis, ventilator management, and specimen collection and processing.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies.</li><li>Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.</li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve healthcare services.</li><li>Provide patient education and support in the operating room setting.</li></ul>
Experience: <ul><li>Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/ PA in the state of IN.</li><li>Excellent patient assessment and communication skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.</li><li>NEW GRADUATES without experience will also be considered.</li></ul>
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time 
Pay: From $125,000.00 per year Full Time  (40 Hrs/week) 
Expected hours:  25 PT – 40 FT
