Performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre – during – post hemodialysis treatment for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record, makes adjustments or modifications to treatment plan as indicated and notifies Team Leader, Charge Nurse, Supervisor or Physician as needed. EDUCATION and LICENSURE: · Bachelor’s degree in nursing required and either a CGFNS (Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools) Visa Screen Certificate OR an NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination) pass letter OR a Registered Nursing License in the state of intended employment required.
