Schedule: 10 shifts per four-week schedule, including one full weekend plus 2 weekdays; Day shift staffing model (1 supervisor, 3 RNs, 2 Cath Lab Techs); On-call coverage for night shifts. Diverse case mix including left and right heart caths, pacemaker/ICD implants, Watchman devices, IR procedures, vascular cases, and EP ablations (PFA).
