The RN is responsible for managing the overall care of residents, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatment, and coordination of care. The RN works closely with other healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure residents maintain a high quality of life, have their medical needs addressed, and are supported with both their physical and emotional well-being.Key Responsibilities:
