The Unit Manager works closely with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and frontline staff to support resident care, address clinical concerns, and foster a collaborative team culture. Reviews assignments for daily resident care tasks for Nursing Assistants, Hospitality Aides and Team Leaders, and monitors/evaluates the delivery of care for sound judgment, safety and customer service.
