Works under the direction of the Director of Perioperative Services to plan, implement, direct, coordinate, and evaluate clinical operations across the continuum of surgical care including PAAC, Preop, Main Operating Room, and PACU. Collaborates with physicians, anesthesia providers, nursing leadership, and ancillary departments to redesign processes that improve access, patient flow, quality outcomes, and service excellence.
