Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: Home Health experience required; strong Med Surg experience with some Home Health experience preferred License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: Active BLS certification or willingness to obtain required Must-Have: - Copy of nursing license - Documentation of COVID and FLU vaccination status required; declinations will not be approved Description: Prescribes, coordinates, and delivers care through the nursing process. Provides comprehensive initial assessments to all clients and continually assesses physical, psychosocial, environmental, and community resources available.
