Participates in facility committees or the review of minutes of assigned committees that oversee specific resident care issues such as Care Plans, Fall Committee, Admission meetings, CQI, Resident “ at risk” meetings Conducts unit meetings with nursing staff and communicates information and changes in policies or procedures.
