Manages and maintains procedures within Select Specialty Hospital which include both bedside procedures and procedures in the OR/procedure/exam room including but not limited to: Endoscopies, PEG insertions, J tube placement, Bronchoscopies, Chest tube insertions, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Cystoscopies, Tracheostomy, Simple debridement (includes PICC, CVL, temporary HD catheter and hemodynamic monitoring devices) arterial line insertion, Moderate Sedation monitoring, prevention of, monitoring for and management of malignany hyperthermia. Maintains applicable departmental logs and records including but not limited to: Pre-operative, Intra-operative and Post-operative records, daily log, surgical/procedural log book, temperature log, humidity log, sterilization log and specimen log.
