Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3 years of experience in Emergency Department License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC Must-Have: - 3 years of Emergency Department experience in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and IV skills - Basic knowledge of critical care drips and medication administration - Experience with NIHSS, TPA administration, blood administration, procedural sedation, and code blue situations - Triage experience is strongly preferred Description: The facility is a Level IV Trauma Center with a Level III NICU. Team support includes a unit secretary, Emergency Department technician, charge nurse, and various clinical providers available 24/7.
