Surgical services offered in the OR at Valley Children’s include Cardiothoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Ear, Nose, & Throat Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, General & GI Surgery, Urology, Robotic Assisted Surgery, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Ophthalmic Surgery, and Dental Surgery. A few notable achievements for our Periop department include being part of the highly skilled care teams recognized as some of the best in the country and the receiving the Competency & Credentialing Institute’s (CCI) award for a high percentage of certified perioperative nurses, advancing a culture of patient safety.
