Job Title: ICU Float Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVICU Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year CV ICU experience required License: Must possess an active nursing license Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: Strong, independent experienced nurses who can float to multiple ICUs, including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac / Heart and Vascular, Client, Medicine, and COVID. Floating may involve non-critical care units if the ICU census is low, and nurses may also be asked to serve as patient sitters if required.
