Educate patients and caregivers, within approved program parameters, on health insurance concepts, coverage processes, access pathways, and available affordability resources; connect patients with the appropriate approved services for individualized support. Through in-person, in-home, virtual, telephone, email, and appropriate community-based interactions, the Care Specialist supports patients across multiple therapeutic areas while protecting privacy, respecting individual choice, and promoting equitable access to support.
